Our top priority is your satisfaction.
 Merchandise purchased from may be returned for a full credit within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will credit back to the original payment method. All returns must be in their original case and packaging. The merchandise must be in perfect condition to receive a credit. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Shipping fee’s incurred for returns are not refundable.

Be sure to remove any old labels if you are reusing the outer box. Mail your package through an insured, traceable delivery service to:

All Charlie V sunglasses have a two year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This warranty applies against defective materials and workmanship and when charlie V Sunglasses have been reasonably maintained and not subject to damage by misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from transportation by commercial travel (air, train, bus, etc.) We will repair or replace under the terms of this warranty, any sunglass style offered by Icon Design Inc. which proves defective in materials and/or workmanship, with the identical product.

This warranty becomes valid only after the Limited Warranty Registration/Repair Request Form (right) has been completed in full. The warranty is non-transferable and shall cover only domestically sold products and extend only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Work:
Charlie V/Icon Design Inc. must perform all warranty work. Please do not return to your local retailer or distributor.

Complete the Limited Warranty Registration/Repair Request Form (right) and Submit for approval. Upon submission you will receive a Return Authorization Number.  The Return Authorization Number assigned by Charlie V MUST accompany all returned product. Sunglasses that are returned without a return authorization number may not be repaired or replaced (The Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving your completed Limited Warranty Registration/Repair Request Form.)

Charlie V shall cover cost to ship repaired or replacement product to Purchaser.

Limitations, Exclusions:
There are no warranties other than those contained herein. This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Charlie V/Icon Design Inc. assumes no other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or manufacture of its products.

Damages, Remedies:
Repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Charlie V be liable by virtue of the warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, secondary, incidental or consequential damage of any nature to any person or property arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use a warranted product.
